New institute to teach Arabic to non-native speakers in Oman

A new institution, Sultan Qaboos College for Teaching Arabic to Non-Native Speakers, has been established. Located in Manah.
The Sultan Qaboos Centre for Islamic Culture (SQCIC)declared that the new college will offer high-quality Arabic language programs and will develop the writing, reading, speaking and listening skills of participants. The college, through an academic collaboration with Deakin University in Australia, will follow the latter's curriculum in implementing and managing the language programs, which have been accredited by Oman’s Ministry of Higher Education.
